Coming soon: Mum’s fruitcake

… and here I’m not referring to myself! 🙂

This simple but delicious moist and soft peach cake was my breakfast
one morning last week. I was sitting by the window, sipping my latte
and enjoying the beginning of the day. That’s the morning light on the
cake, dreamy and soft.
