Catalan Chickpeas Again!

Wow, the aromas coming from my kitchen at the moment are absolutely amazing! Garlic, saffron, tomato and lemon. I’m cooking the Catalan Chickpeas again. Today, I’m making a double amount to keep some for tomorrow. If I manage to do that!

I would like to note here that I’ve corrected the amount of chopped tomatoes needed in the recipe. It’s 1/2 can, rather than 1 can.
