Mum’s Fruitcake
 
SOURCE: Mum’s recipe
PREPARATION TIME: 15 min
COOKING TIME:  30 min or until done

3 eggs
250 g butter
8 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla (or 2 – 3 sachets of vanilla sugar)

This simple but delicious moist and soft peach cake was my breakfast
one morning last week. I was sitting by the window, sipping my latte
